Use 1-part Shore Adhesive for gluing Hypalon. Use toluene (or toluol or xylol) to clean area before applying glue. Here are three different gluing instructions: One, Two, and Three.
The Achilles dinghy came with a Scoprega Bravo 9 foot pump. 6 liters/pump. Will pump up to 11.6 PSI.
Sierra part no. 620003, model no. ULTRA 3GAS, 3 gallon tank 9"x17"x10" (new 2021). Parts for it are the withdrawal assembly 621002-10 and the vent gas cap 621501-10.
Fuel line primer bulb assembly — Tohatsu 3B7-70200-4.
Tank connector ¼" NPT: Tohatsu 9999800MA2, Moeller 033450-10, Scepter 05811.
Use Teflon tape on connector threads. Tighten with wrench 1/4 turn past hand
tight.

To lower and raise the outboard, attach the 2:1 block and tackle to the bail on the bottom of the mizzen boom. Attach the other end of the tackle to the outboard lift strap on top. The line is 5/16" double-braid and about 20' long.
